Returns Due to Buyer Error

Shipping and Refunds

Once the product has been shipped, no refunds will be issued. Orders are processed and shipped promptly in most cases, so changes of mind after order confirmation are not accepted.

Product Returns

Lost Shipments

In the event that a product is lost by the postal service and an exhaustive investigation confirms that the product was not delivered, Energy Intentions will send a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

Buyer Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for reading and understanding the contraindications of any product before making a purchase. Energy Intentions is not liable for any physical harm caused by the use of the products. Additionally, the buyer agrees that they will not receive a refund for damages related to product use.

Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstance:

  • Lost Shipment: If an investigation confirms that the shipment was lost by the postal service and the buyer never received it, a refund or replacement will be provided.
